COMPANY UPDATE: What's next for United States Mask?

Outsourced Safety? Not on our watch.

Outsourced Safety?
Not on our watch.

That has been our motto here at United States Mask since we first had the idea to start an N95 manufacturing company. This motto has evolved and shaped our company culture throughout the years. In fact, it’s the first thing you see when entering our factory in Arlington and it’s printed on our product boxes. This statement is not temporary, and we fully intend on continuing this mission for many years to come.

Entryway at United States Mask.

We still strive to become one of America’s #1 N95 manufacturers, but also realize we need to keep moving forward with the bigger mission. We’ve been asking ourselves, what other products are primarily imported that need to be made here in the USA? What other domestic manufacturing companies are struggling to compete with a flood of cheap imports? And how can United States Mask help?We have a few projects we’re working on over here, but if you have any input, we always love to hear from you.

More than a Mask. It's a Movement.

It's been a crazy last few years and we’re grateful to be in a position to help. People are always surprised to hear that we can’t wait for the pandemic to be over too, despite being a mask manufacturer. We were founded because John and I wanted to fix our country’s supply chain issues and we believed in strategic American manufacturing.

Installing the first production line in early 2020.

In early 2020, when we started our N95 application, experts were saying COVID-19 would be “over in 2 weeks” and then “over by summer”. With over 3 million Americans needing this safety equipment for their daily jobs, we just believed it needed to be made here.

Pandemic or not. We’ll keep on making N95 respirators as long as our country needs them, but it’s time to continue on with our mission and bring back U.S. manufacturing of other safety products. We’re excited for what’s to come and will keep you updated along our journey. Thank you for being a part of the movement!
